- The Supplier Quality Engineer will assess the capability of potential suppliers and the manufacturability of new product designs.

- Issuing corrective action requests to suppliers and supporting their resolution is a key responsibility.

- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, or Manufacturing within the automotive, aviation, or medical device industries is required.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) in PCB/PCBA/Electromechanical manufacturing is essential.
- The candidate should be familiar with problem-solving techniques and quality analysis tools such as Six-Sigma and Pareto Charts.
- A detail-oriented, energetic, and team-oriented mindset is crucial for success in this role.
