- The candidate will monitor metrics regarding the health and adoption of the stability framework across the Zoox fleet.
- The role includes championing the adoption of the stability framework across all software teams and requiring new diagnostics for novel failures.

- The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams of 4 or more engineers, demonstrating strong technical leadership skills.
- A solid background in C++ programming and familiarity with large codebases is essential for success in this role.
