✨ About The Role
- The Senior Quality Engineer will serve as the main point of contact between various teams, including Program Management, Design, Test Engineering, and Manufacturing for hardware development.
- This role involves supporting the establishment of procedures and processes to align with international quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- The engineer will lead the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and guide teams in creating essential quality documents.
- Responsibilities include developing Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) requirements.
- The position requires driving non-conformance material reports (NCMR) and corrective actions to closure, as well as holding Material Review Board (MRB) meetings.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field, with a master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in new product introduction (NPI) and sustaining engineering within a complex electro-mechanical manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of working independently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience in handling non-conformance material reports (NCMR) and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolution is crucial.
