- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees.
- A minimum of 8 years of benefits experience is required, demonstrating a deep understanding of benefits programs and strategies.
- The candidate should possess expert knowledge of group medical and dental plan policies and practices, as well as federal and state regulations related to benefits.
- Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey complex benefits information to a diverse audience.
- Experience with Workday in benefits administration and leading company-wide Open Enrollment processes is highly desirable.
