- The Project Engineer will be responsible for executing large capital projects throughout North America.
- Projects will follow a Design-Build model, requiring custom-designed water or wastewater treatment solutions.
- The role involves developing P&IDs, site layouts, and sizing of pipelines and equipment based on site hydraulics.
- The Project Engineer will assist in creating a 3D model of the facility in collaboration with the CAD team.
- Conducting in-person shop or job site reviews throughout the project is a key responsibility.
- The position requires supporting the construction/project manager with technical oversight of contractors.
- The Project Engineer will be expected to drive value creation in the business and mentor junior engineers.

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-15 years of experience in engineering, particularly in large industrial capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and business acumen is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Experience in wastewater treatment plant design and hydraulic analysis using modeling software is considered an asset.
- The candidate should be comfortable with field execution and technical oversight of contractors.
