- The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a three-year rotational program aimed at developing future leaders in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
- Participants will engage in three one-year rotational assignments across various functions within Operations and Procurement-Supply Chain.
- The program includes significant leadership exposure, training, and development opportunities within critical business assignments.
- Core responsibilities include executing rotational assignments, achieving performance goals, and engaging in training and development.
- Participants will contribute to company-sponsored volunteer activities and community engagement programs as part of the Watermark Initiatives.

- A recent university graduate with a bachelor's degree in engineering, eager to develop skills in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
