- The Manufacturing Engineer will support the manufacturing operations and implement capital investments and efficient processes.
- Responsibilities include analyzing engineering drawings and preparing manufacturing instructions, procedures, and standard costs.
- The role involves creating and maintaining various documentation, including Standard Cost files and ISO procedures.
- Candidates will need to investigate and resolve production, quality, and equipment issues to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- The position requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure product materials and requirements are available for manufacturing.

- A bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related major such as BSIE, BSME, BSIT, or BSMT is required for this position.
- Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and technical skills are essential for success in this role, as well as effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing certifications is preferred, indicating a commitment to process improvement.
- Familiarity with CNC and Robotic Welding programming will be beneficial for candidates applying for this position.
