✨ About The Role
- The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is a two-year program consisting of three rotational assignments.
- Participants will engage in Continuous Improvement training and formal presentations to senior leadership.
- The program aims to provide broad exposure within Xylem, including areas such as Engineering, Innovation, Sustainability, Data Science, and Software Engineering.
- Candidates will be expected to complete assignment objectives on schedule and within budget while maintaining high quality.
- Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities is also a core responsibility of the program.

- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- They should possess a strong commitment to a career in technology and a passion for engineering.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and work effectively in teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Prior internship, co-op, or research experience will be beneficial for candidates applying to this program.
