- The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of professional experience in natural resource management, conservation, or landscape planning.
- A strong understanding of the impacts of nature loss and climate change on communities and economies is essential.
- Experience working with rural or agricultural communities is a must-have for this role.
- The candidate should possess strong data management and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to engage with various stakeholders and partners.
