- The Finance Manager will direct the institutional budgeting and analysis functions of the World Wildlife Fund.
- Responsibilities include generating and consolidating annual operating and fundraising budgets and revising budget projections throughout the year.
- The role involves presenting financial performance data and risk analysis to the Executive team for decision-making.
- The Finance Manager will oversee the collaborations between the Finance and People and Culture teams on the preparation of the annual compensation program and fringe benefits budgets.
- The position requires developing policies and procedures for budgeting and financial management and conducting ongoing reviews of financial management policies.

- A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required, with a preference for a master's degree.
- The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in accounting, budgeting, financial management, and financial reporting systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Not-For-Profit Financial Management and Accounting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- The candidate should demonstrate excellent financial management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
