- The Senior Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Executives and Client Directors across mid to large-sized Financial Services accounts in the UK, Ireland, and South Africa. - This role is accountable for the sales strategy, execution, and leadership within the team. - The position involves developing personalized coaching plans and providing regular feedback to team members to enhance performance. - The manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-performing sales talent while managing performance and disciplinary challenges. - The role requires the development and maintenance of accurate sales forecasts and regular adjustments to sales plans based on performance data.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in a related role, particularly in SaaS enterprise technology or complex solution sales. - A minimum of 3 years of progressive sales management experience is essential, preferably within software or technology organizations. - Extensive knowledge of the Financial Services sector, including banking, insurance, and investment funds, is crucial for success in this role. - The candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and business acumen, with the ability to engage with senior-level executives. - A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota targets in the field of complex technology or software solutions is required.
