✨ About The Role

- The Sales Enablement Lead will create strategic plans to enhance seller productivity and drive cross-functional initiatives. - The role involves developing and leading training programs that support onboarding and ongoing learning for sales teams. - The candidate will actively participate in global sales calls and regional meetings to stay connected with business needs and provide updates on enablement programs. - The position requires the creation of certifications and practicums to ensure sellers are well-prepared for customer engagements. - The role will also involve tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs in relation to revenue growth.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales enablement, demonstrating a strong background in facilitating training for sales teams. - A bachelor's degree is required, and advanced degrees are preferred, indicating a solid educational foundation. - Experience in enabling sales motions such as Account Planning and Opportunity Planning is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering training on Command of the Message and familiarity with sales tools like Highspot and Salesforce.com. - Strong collaboration skills are necessary, as the role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including Sales Leadership and Product Management.
