- A successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of solution consulting experience, particularly in the financial services industry.
- The ideal individual will possess extensive knowledge of investments, banking, and insurance operations, planning, reporting, budgeting, or compliance.
- Strong leadership skills are essential, with at least 2 years of direct people management experience.
- The candidate should be adept at coaching and providing developmental opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to establish relationships with customers and senior management.
