- Excellent manual dexterity is required to perform repairs and maintenance tasks effectively.
- Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with additional training from manufacturer’s schools or vocational courses being a plus.
- A valid South Dakota driver’s license is necessary, and the ability to obtain a CDL permit is required.
- Successful candidates will need to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check, demonstrating a clean driving record and no felony convictions.
