✨ About The Role

- The Network Operations Center Engineer will be responsible for monitoring Via's services and servers to ensure high availability and performance. - The role involves handling incidents quickly and professionally, managing internal communications regarding service status. - The engineer will work with various R&D teams to resolve complex issues and implement timely solutions to customer problems. - The position requires monitoring infrastructure, cloud services, servers, applications, and user interactions globally. - The engineer will be part of an organized orientation and training process to develop the necessary knowledge and skills.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - They have more than 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and providing Tier 2 support in a SaaS environment. - The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. - They must be able to work shifts, including nights and weekends, demonstrating flexibility. - A strong service orientation and empathy are essential traits for success in this role. - The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew, both verbal and written. - They should be a fast learner, capable of quickly understanding complex workflows. - The successful candidate will be a team player who enjoys collaboration but can also work independently. - Familiarity with scripting or programming, particularly in Python and Bash, is preferred.
