- The Network Operations Center Engineer will monitor and maintain the health of Via's network around the clock.
- Responsibilities include handling incidents quickly and professionally to ensure high service availability and performance.
- The engineer will monitor global infrastructure, including cloud services, servers, and real-time activities of operators, drivers, and riders.
- Internal communications will be managed to update employees and management about service status and degradations.
- The role involves collaborating with various R&D teams to resolve complex issues and implementing timely solutions to customer problems.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar fields is essential.
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and providing Tier 2 support in a SaaS environment.
- The role requires someone who is highly service-oriented and empathetic, with the ability to work under pressure.
- A team player who is also capable of working independently will thrive in this position.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming, particularly in Python and Bash, is preferred.
