- You have 6–10 years of client-facing experience with a proven track record in Business Development, Consulting, or a similar field.
- You possess strong communication skills, able to engage effectively in customer conversations, product presentations, and written proposals.
- You demonstrate superb commercial intuition and exceptional judgment, knowing when to push for a deal and when to yield.
- You are a motivated self-starter with a growth mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments and embracing challenges.
- You are an excellent team player, contributing meaningfully while also mentoring your team members.
- You are fluent in both German and English, with native-level proficiency in German.
