✨ About The Role
- The role involves providing first-level support for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and ensuring its proper functioning.
- The technician will work night shifts, following a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 3 days off, then 4 days on, 4 days off.
- Responsibilities include diagnosing system failures and collaborating with IT and Digital teams to resolve issues.
- The technician will also supervise and maintain production control systems in operational conditions.
- Participation in continuous improvement of production processes through feedback and analysis of recurring incidents is expected.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have a diploma in industrial computing or automation, or in industrial production with an interest in computing.
- Experience in technical support or administration of MES or industrial systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operational teams are essential.
- The candidate should be proactive in providing technical assistance and sharing solutions to improve user experience with MES.
- A quick diagnostic ability for technical failures and implementing effective solutions is crucial for success in this role.
