- The HR UAP will play a key role in supporting production teams at the Gigafactory in Bourbourg.
- Responsibilities include operational HR support, ensuring compliance with group HR processes, and assisting managers with daily HR responsibilities.
- The role involves active participation in recruitment processes and overseeing the onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth integration.
- The HR UAP will monitor individual employee progress and collaborate with the Learning team to identify training and development needs.
- Regular reporting of HR activities to the HR Direction is required, along with the use of HR tools for administrative management.
