✨ About The Role
- The Engineering Quality Manager will be responsible for building and managing the entire engineering quality team.
- This role involves supporting product and process departments in deploying design-to-quality processes.
- The manager will design, develop, and maintain quality laboratories for the innovation center and Gigafactory.
- The position requires collaboration with Product and Process teams to develop and deploy product and process validation processes.
- Responsibilities include maintaining gauges, measurement tools, and equipment, as well as ensuring compliance with product safety regulations.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in product quality, particularly in product validation, Metrology, and SPC, is essential.
- Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience with battery or automotive processes.
- Experience in battery cell production is highly desirable.
- The candidate should have a proven track record in managing small teams effectively.
- Proficiency in both English and French is required for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
