- The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of industrial sales experience, particularly in managing representative sales organizations and industrial distribution.
- Experience in the motive battery industry is essential for success in this role.
- Strong leadership skills are necessary to hire, train, and motivate a team of Manufacturers’ Representatives, VARs, and local area Distributors.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between marketing, product engineering, and customers.
- A proactive approach to gathering and interpreting market trends and competitive activity is crucial.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in preparing and negotiating major customer quotations and blanket agreements.
- An MBA with a concentration in sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
