✨ About The Role
- The VP Operations will report to the COO and hold regional responsibility for Cluster North, which includes Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Belgium/Netherlands.
- This role involves leading a cross-functional team of Country Directors and Business Partners to develop business strategies and deliver P&L results.
- The successful candidate will represent Too Good To Go in cross-country Key Account meetings and support strategic planning and negotiations.
- They will partner with Global Commercial Excellence teams to steer the overall commercial and strategic direction of the business.
- The role requires a visionary approach to drive the mission of reducing food waste and influencing the global ecosystem.

- The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a senior management position, preferably in a high-growth company.
- They should possess a strong background in marketplace businesses and have extensive management, sales, and business development experience.
- A proven track record in Key Account management and corporate business development is essential.
- Strong leadership skills are necessary, with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
- The candidate must be data-driven, utilizing analytics and experimentation to inform decision-making.
- A passion for sustainability and fighting food waste is a must, demonstrating urgency for change and action for the planet.
- Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills being a plus.
