✨ About The Role
- The People & Culture Consultant will report to the Senior P&C Business Partner & Head of P&C in Denmark.
- The role involves managing the hire-to-retire P&C operations and enhancing the employee experience for approximately 280 employees.
- Responsibilities include collaborating on onboarding and offboarding processes, managing employment contracts, and providing administrative support.
- The consultant will ensure effective onboarding for new hires and contribute to the development of local and global processes.
- Providing guidance and advice to managers on P&C matters and facilitating training sessions for team development will be key tasks.
- The role also involves driving and implementing P&C projects and initiatives aligned with global standards.

- A successful candidate will preferably hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- The ideal individual will have HR experience in a similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, with proficiency in English and fluency in Danish.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial, along with the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
- A curious and open-minded approach to finding better ways of doing things is important, as is the ability to adapt to change.
- The candidate should be self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about the mission of reducing food waste.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will be an advantage.
