- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, particularly in a hunting role within industries such as hospitality, marketplaces, or technology. - A creative and passionate approach to outreach is essential, along with a curious and humble attitude during discovery processes. - Strong skills in deal advancement are necessary, with the ability to build trust with senior leaders and navigate complex situations. - The candidate should be strategic in nature and resilient in execution, demonstrating a commitment to achieving the company's vision of reducing food waste. - Data analysis skills are important for creating performance reports and identifying trends, opportunities, and issues. - Experience with value-based selling and/or MEDDICC methodology is preferred, along with familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems. - A genuine enthusiasm for sustainability, food waste reduction, and environmental issues will contribute to success in this role. - Full professional proficiency in both French and English is considered an asset.
