✨ About The Role

- Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the role requires leading, coaching, and correcting coworkers.
- The candidate should be able to coordinate information from various sources and interface with multiple work groups effectively.
- Experience in providing maintenance supervision coverage outside of normal working hours is necessary.
- The successful individual must be able to qualify and fulfill Emergency Response Organization duties, including a 1-hour response time.
