✨ About The Role

- The Field Sales Consultant will self-generate sales leads and conduct in-home presentations on solar products and services. - The role focuses on making genuine human connections with potential customers to qualify solar as a viable energy solution for their homes. - Responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, providing an industry-leading customer sales experience, and managing the pipeline from prospect to installation. - The consultant will need to accurately report on outcomes using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. - Meeting minimum required sales targets set by sales leadership is a key expectation of the role.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, preferably with in-home sales experience. - A strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills is essential for partnering cross-functionally to address customer needs. - The candidate should be comfortable with technology, including using an iPad/computer and various software applications, with experience in CRM systems being a plus. - A willingness to travel within the local market and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to accommodate homeowners' schedules. - The candidate must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
