- The Field Sales Consultant will be responsible for self-generating sales leads and conducting in-home presentations on solar products and services. - Building genuine human connections with potential customers is a priority, with the goal of qualifying solar as a viable energy solution for their homes. - The role involves managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to installation, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the process. - The consultant will need to accurately report on outcomes using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. - Meeting minimum required sales targets set by sales leadership is a key responsibility of this position.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, preferably with in-home sales experience. - A strong ability to self-generate sales leads and develop effective sales strategies is essential for success in this role. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary to effectively engage with potential customers and address their needs. - The candidate should be comfortable with technology, including using an iPad or computer and various software applications, with experience in CRM systems being a plus. - A willingness to travel within the local market and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is important to accommodate homeowners' schedules.
