- The Field Sales Consultant will self-generate sales leads and conduct in-home presentations on solar products and services for potential customers.

- The role involves developing effective self-generated sales strategies and managing the pipeline of activity from prospect to installation.
- The consultant will provide an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the customer's system is turned on.
- Meeting minimum required sales targets set by sales leadership is a key responsibility of this position.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, preferably with in-home sales experience.
- A strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills is essential for partnering cross-functionally to address customer needs.
- The candidate should be willing to travel within the local market and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate homeowners' schedules.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, along with the ability to pass a driving background check.
- Intermediate comfort with technology is necessary, including experience with an iPad/computer and multiple software applications, with CRM experience being a plus.
