- The Field Sales Consultant will self-generate sales leads and conduct in-home presentations on solar products and services. - Building genuine human connections with potential customers is a priority to qualify solar as a viable energy solution for their homes. - The role involves developing effective sales strategies and managing the pipeline from prospect to installation. - The consultant will provide an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and post-activation support. - Meeting minimum required sales targets set by sales leadership is a key responsibility.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, preferably with in-home sales experience. - A strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills is essential for partnering cross-functionally to address customer needs. - The candidate should be comfortable with technology, including using an iPad or computer and various software applications. - A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, along with the ability to pass a driving background check. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is important to accommodate homeowners' schedules.
