✨ About The Role

- The Field Sales Consultant will self-generate sales leads and conduct in-home presentations on solar products and services. - Building genuine human connections with potential customers is a priority to qualify solar as a viable energy solution for their homes. - The role involves developing effective sales strategies and managing the pipeline from prospecting to installation. - The consultant will provide an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through to the installation of the solar system. - Meeting minimum required sales targets set by sales leadership is a key responsibility of this position.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales and/or lead generation experience, preferably with in-home sales experience. - A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for this role, as travel within the local market is required. - Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary to effectively address customer needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is important to accommodate homeowners' schedules. - Intermediate comfort with technology, including the use of an iPad or computer and various software applications, is expected.
