✨ About The Role

- The Field Sales Consultant will self-generate sales leads and conduct in-home presentations on solar products and services. - The role focuses on making genuine human connections with potential customers to qualify solar as a viable energy solution for their homes. - Responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, managing a pipeline of activity from prospect to installation, and providing an industry-leading customer sales experience. - The consultant will need to accurately report outcomes using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. - Meeting minimum required sales targets set by sales leadership is a key expectation of the role.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, preferably with in-home sales experience. - A strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills is essential for partnering cross-functionally to address customer needs. - The candidate should be comfortable with technology, including using an iPad or computer and various software applications, with experience in CRM systems being a plus. - A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, as the role involves traveling within the local market. - The successful individual will enjoy face-to-face interactions and have a passion for engaging customers in a dynamic field environment.
