✨ About The Role

- The Field Sales Consultant will self-generate sales leads and conduct in-home presentations on solar products and services. - The role focuses on making genuine human connections with potential customers to qualify solar as a viable energy solution. - Responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, providing a leading customer sales experience, and managing the pipeline from prospect to installation. - The consultant will need to accurately report outcomes using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. - Meeting minimum required sales targets set by sales leadership is a key expectation of the role.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, preferably with in-home sales experience. - Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for partnering cross-functionally to address customer needs. - A willingness to travel within the local market is important, depending on business needs and sales model. - Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. - Intermediate comfort with technology is required, including experience with an iPad/computer and multiple software applications.
