✨ About The Role

- The Field Sales Consultant will self-generate sales leads and conduct in-home presentations on solar products and services. - The role focuses on building genuine human connections with potential customers to qualify solar as a viable energy solution. - Responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, managing a pipeline of leads, and providing an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation. - The consultant will need to accurately report on outcomes using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. - Meeting minimum required sales targets set by sales leadership is a key expectation of the role.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, preferably with in-home sales experience. - Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs. - A willingness to travel within the local market is important, as the role involves face-to-face interactions with potential customers. - Candidates should be comfortable using technology, including an iPad or computer, and have experience with multiple software applications, particularly CRM tools. - The successful individual will be motivated by the opportunity to make genuine connections with customers and help them find viable energy solutions for their homes.
