✨ About The Role

- The Field Sales Consultant will self-generate sales leads and conduct in-home presentations on solar products and services. - Building genuine human connections with potential customers is a priority to qualify solar as a viable energy solution for their homes. - The consultant will develop effective self-generated sales strategies and manage a pipeline of activity from prospect to installation. - Providing an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation is a key responsibility. - The role includes accurately reporting outcomes via a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and meeting minimum required sales targets.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, preferably with in-home sales experience. - A strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills is essential for partnering cross-functionally to address customer needs. - The candidate should be comfortable with technology, including using an iPad or computer and various software applications, with experience in CRM systems being a plus. - A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, along with the ability to pass a driving background check. - The role requires a willingness to travel within the local market based on business needs and sales models.
