✨ About The Role
- The Quality Engineer will provide day-to-day quality direction and support to manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
- Responsibilities include managing customer complaint actions, returns, and calibration of gauges, as well as maintaining the test lab.
- The role requires daily monitoring of incoming products to ensure proper storage and adherence to FIFO practices.
- The engineer will work closely with engineering to ensure accurate work instructions are available to all site employees.
- The position involves managing internal audits, LPA audits, and hold tag management to ensure compliance with Stryten procedures.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a 2-year degree in business, science, engineering, or quality.
- A successful applicant will possess 5-8 years of related experience as a quality assurance technician or auditor in a manufacturing plant, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Candidates with Six Sigma training (Green Belt or Black Belt) will be preferred, although it is not a strict requirement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop good relationships with coworkers are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, such as root cause analysis and the 5 Whys, is crucial for addressing quality issues effectively.
