✨ About The Role
- The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the overall supervision of all employees on the shift, leading the team to maximize output of quality products.
- This role includes enforcing safety rules and regulations, ensuring compliance, and investigating safety incidents.
- The supervisor will execute the daily production schedule to meet customer demands and assign tasks to employees.
- Regular meetings will be held at the beginning and end of shifts to plan production and communicate staffing changes.
- The supervisor will also be responsible for completing employee performance reviews and ensuring accurate production reporting.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience supervising or managing a manufacturing production team or a related field.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required for this position.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively drive tasks to completion.
- The candidate should be a motivated self-starter, capable of working both independently and collaboratively to solve problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
