✨ About The Role

- The Program Operations Analyst will support Stem's business activities related to Grid and Demand Response programs and utility contracts.
	- The primary focus will be on executing utility contracts and demand response programs with an emphasis on operational excellence.
	- Responsibilities include managing program operational deliverables, deadlines, and ensuring timely submission of required materials.
	- The role involves drafting, documenting, implementing, and improving scalable processes across functional teams.
	- The analyst will create and execute tools in Python, Excel, or SQL to automate manual processes and reduce operational errors.
	- Monthly and quarterly financial activities will be part of the responsibilities, including organizing data and creating billing statements.
	- The candidate will assist in developing and tracking KPI performance metrics for energy storage systems participating in various programs.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business discipline.
	- A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the energy or utility industry is preferred.
	- Strong quantitative analytic skills and proficiency with technical concepts are essential for success in this role.
	- The candidate should be self-motivated and detail-oriented, demanding high-quality performance from themselves and their colleagues.
