- The Senior Product Disclosure Analyst will manage SSGA's governing legal documents and proxy filings.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing the annual 40 Act Fund N-1A Registration Statement reviews and acting as the main contact for Subject Matter Experts.
- The role involves ensuring that all SME reviews are completed, comments are addressed, and documents are filed on time with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission.
- The analyst will assist in creating and updating governing documents for SSGA's Common Trust and Collective Investment Trusts.
- Regular reviews of processes will be performed to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, especially as regulatory requirements evolve.
- The position requires managing external custodians for sub-account openings in foreign markets and performing ad-hoc maintenance.
- The analyst will also assist with 40 Act Fund proxies, including vendor RFPs and oversight, and collaborate with various internal stakeholders.

- A bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in the securities or financial services industry is essential for this role.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of 40 Act ETF and Mutual Fund products.
