	- Responsibilities include reviewing and preparing capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations, as well as calculating management, annual, and incentive fees.
	- The candidate will prepare various client correspondences and calculate waterfalls and capital account allocations.
	- The position may also involve special projects as requested, contributing to the overall success of the Private Credit Fund Services business unit.
