- The Collateral Client Service Specialist will be responsible for resolving client issues and queries in a timely manner.
- The role involves facilitating communication between Client Operations and other business units to ensure an effective operating environment.
- The specialist will proactively identify client needs and potential internal issues that may impact client satisfaction.
- Daily service delivery must meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- The position includes performing client training on State Street processes and applications.
