- The Finance Graduate Program (FGP) involves three, eight-month rotation assignments in strategic and critical roles within the company.

- Candidates should have a Master's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- A successful candidate will have 2 to 6 years of professional experience, demonstrating strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
- The ideal individual will be highly successful working independently, in teams, and across a matrixed environment.
- Candidates should possess a change management and innovative mindset, along with strong analytical, managerial, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management is essential, with intermediate coding skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL being a plus.
