- This role involves leading all EMEA Production Management functions, including application, infrastructure, client technical support, and service availability management.

- Responsibilities include full ownership of business systems technical operations and proactive identification of systems risks and compliance deficiencies.
- The role also entails growing SRE practices and transforming Production Management to enhance system reliability for business and clients.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of IT experience, particularly in technology support and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) functions.
