✨ About The Role
- The Senior Structural Engineer will lead and perform engineering design tasks, coordinating with CADD teams to develop plans, specifications, and estimates.
- The role involves identifying and understanding technical requirements of design projects and implementing engineering principles to develop solutions.
- Participation in technical meetings and discussions to strategize solutions to complex technical problems is a key responsibility.
- The engineer will assist in providing construction assistance, including reviews of shop drawings and handling Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Proficiency in various engineering software such as MathCAD, STAAD Pro, and Bentley/MicroStation products is required.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or greater in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred and a PhD being a plus.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) registration in at least one state is required, with the ability to obtain a PE license in Utah.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of structural or bridge engineering design experience.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of structural engineering principles is essential for success in this role.
- Experience with various bridge types in concrete and steel, as well as minor structures, is necessary.
