✨ About The Role

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering and/or construction management projects.
- Previous experience performing field engineering duties for IDOT/ISTHA/CDOT projects is strongly preferred.
- Strong visualization, communication, and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should be capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- A general knowledge of construction techniques and the ability to read plans and specifications is mandatory.
