- The intern will create reliability test setups and manage them from concept through testing and data analysis. - Writing reliability test plans and executing them, along with reporting results, is a key responsibility. - The role involves interfacing with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and firmware engineering. - The intern will analyze electrical component specifications for design reliability. - The position includes building out an in-house reliability lab and procuring test equipment for current and future products.

- The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a BS or MS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Experience in running reliability tests, including environmental, mechanical, and electrical stress testing, is essential. - Proficiency in high-level coding languages such as Python for scripting or data analysis is required. - A hands-on approach is necessary, whether it involves building prototypes or performing testing. - The candidate should be excited about tackling complex problems and committed to finding solutions. - A passion for renewable energy and energy storage is highly valued.
