- The Jr. Performance Engineering Analyst will oversee the operational activities of active projects. - Safety is emphasized as the most important function, and adherence to safe practices is required. - The role involves assisting in the onboarding and commissioning of O&M/EPC projects into internal platforms. - Generating and maintaining operation and performance reports is a key responsibility. - The analyst will collaborate with internal teams to collect and consolidate data for reports and acceptance tests. - Evaluating lost energy and system performance using internal tools is part of the job. - The position requires tracking and understanding contractual guarantees and assessing project risks. - The analyst will also review work orders and commissioning documentation to monitor equipment performance.

⚡ Requirements

- A candidate with a college degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred for this role. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, is essential for managing reports and data. - Experience with programming languages such as Python, VBA, or MATLAB would be beneficial. - The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams. - A broad understanding of the renewable energy industry, especially in service and construction, is preferred. - The candidate should demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for problem-solving. - Ability to travel up to 20% of the time is required for this position.
