✨ About The Role

- The HV Project Executive will oversee and manage high voltage projects from inception to completion. - Responsibilities include leading and mentoring Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other junior-level employees. - The role involves supporting the auditing of project budgets and schedules in collaboration with the project management team. - The candidate will review contracts and negotiate change orders with clients and subcontractors. - The position requires ownership of P6 scheduling responsibilities and conducting performance reviews for team members. - Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies is a key aspect of the job. - The role emphasizes adherence to company policies, project profitability, and customer/client satisfaction.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of work-related experience in the design and/or construction of power substations. - A licensed Professional Engineer or PMP certification is preferred, along with relevant industry experience. - The candidate should possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with others in various situations. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities are essential for prioritizing and resolving problems independently. - Effective written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary for this role. - The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
