✨ About The Role
- The Project and Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for obtaining machinery quotations and implementing productivity-enhancing projects.
- This role involves troubleshooting production issues and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- The engineer will oversee projects, collaborate on program deliverables, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Coaching and training team members, as well as developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), are key responsibilities.

- The ideal candidate will have a university or college degree/diploma in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Controls Technology, or equivalent experience.
- A successful applicant will possess 1-3 years of experience in automation within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for resolving complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate should have experience working with and troubleshooting robotics and control systems, particularly Control Logix PLCs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction under pressure.
