- A strong passion for renewable energy and a commitment to leading change in the energy sector is essential.
- The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI, with experience in SAP being a plus.
- A self-driven, detail-oriented, and well-structured approach to work is necessary for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess strong communication skills in both German and English, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
