- The job involves preparing all relevant parts and sequences of test programs according to defined test plans.
- The candidate will complete testing sequences, document results according to defined rules, and carry out diagnostic measures in case of deviations.
- The role includes supporting analyses of test sequences for potential improvements and initiating required implementation measures.
- The candidate will also support the systematic further development of the quality assurance system and maintain the testing manual.
- The position requires the creation of Energy Isolation Procedures (EIPs) and long-term responsibility for Control of Hazardous Energy (COHE) in the plant.

- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related engineering fields.
- The role requires at least 3 years of working experience as a Test Engineer or Electrical Engineer, preferably in the automotive, wind turbine, or ICT system sectors.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary to effectively document and communicate test results and procedures.
